Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Adeptly safe and lawful for everyone, you agree to these rules when using the service.

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. Academic integrity

Adeptly is built to help you learn. You must not use it to cheat, to complete assessed work that must be your own, to write assignments you will submit as original, or to otherwise engage in academic misconduct. Follow the rules of your school, exam board or institution. The service is designed to support learning, not to replace honest assessment.

2. Prohibited uses

  • Breaking any applicable law or infringing others' rights.
  • Uploading content you do not have the right to use, or copyrighted third-party textbooks, exam papers or test banks for redistribution.
  • Generating or seeking hateful, harassing, sexual-exploitation, self-harm, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Attempting to produce legal, medical, financial or other professional advice to pass off as qualified guidance.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or disrupting the service or its infrastructure.
  • Sharing account access to circumvent plan limits, or reselling outputs as accredited course material or certification.
  • Using the service to impersonate others or to create misleading credentials.

3. Fair use of the service

Plan allowances are for genuine individual learning use. Automated abuse, excessive load, or activity that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Report misuse to support@adepttechuk.shop. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, consistent with our Terms of Service.
