Adeptly is sold as a recurring digital subscription to an online-only service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there is no delivery, returns or restocking process — this policy covers digital subscriptions only. There are no credit packs and no stored balance; monthly plan credits reset each period and do not roll over.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt email, or by emailing support@adepttechuk.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and unused plan credits do not roll over or convert to a refund.
2. Refunds
- Renewals: Because access is delivered immediately and continuously, renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has started.
- Accidental or duplicate charges: Contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund genuine billing errors.
- Service faults: If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature for a sustained period, contact us and we will offer a fair remedy, which may include a credit to a future period or a partial refund.
- Statutory rights: Where mandatory consumer law in your country grants a cancellation or refund right for digital services, we honour it. By starting to use paid digital features immediately, you may lose a statutory “cooling-off” cancellation right for that period where the law allows.
3. Unsatisfactory generations
If a generated plan or study aid is not useful, the fastest fix is usually to adjust your goal, level or time budget and regenerate — this is included in your plan. If you still have concerns, contact support and we will help.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@adepttechuk.shop from the address on your account with your name and the approximate charge date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
