How does billing work?
Adeptly is a subscription billed in USD through Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every year at a 20% discount. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal.
How do plan credits work?
Each subscription includes monthly plan credits, and one credit builds one skill plan in the AI workspace. Curious includes 1 credit a month, Learner 6, and Mastery is unlimited with no monthly cap. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
Can I buy extra credits or hold a balance?
No. Credits are included with a subscription only. There are no credit packs to purchase, no top-ups, no stored balance and no cash or withdrawable value — credits are simply a usage count for the service.
What is watermarked on the free plan?
Curious exports carry a light Adeptly watermark. Learner and Mastery remove it and unlock all seven study-aid types, Study Pack PDF export and — on Mastery — micro-lesson video.
Do you guarantee I'll pass or get a job?
No. Adeptly produces study aids to help you learn. It does not award qualifications and does not guarantee exam, career or income outcomes.
