1. The service
Adeptly is an online digital subscription that generates personalized study plans, visual study aids and micro-lessons from goals you describe. It is a self-directed learning and study-organization tool. It is provided online only as a digital service — no physical goods are sold, shipped or delivered, and there are no in-person, on-site, tutoring, installation, repair or inspection services.
2. No credentials and no outcome guarantee
Adeptly does not award any degree, diploma, certificate, credit, licence or professional qualification, and is not a licensed education provider, tutoring service or examination body. The service does not guarantee that you will pass any exam, secure any job, or increase your income. Learning outcomes depend on your own effort and vary from person to person. Generated content is a study aid, not official instruction or professional advice.
3. Not a substitute for formal education
The service is a supplementary self-help tool. It does not replace formal education, licensed training, accredited courses or professional guidance. Verify important facts and follow official requirements for any exam, certification or profession you are pursuing.
4. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13 years old to use Adeptly. Users aged 13–17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. The service is not intended for children under 13.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
6. Subscriptions, billing and renewals
- Paid plans are billed in USD through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled.
- Each subscription includes monthly plan credits (one credit builds one skill plan in the AI workspace). Credits reset each billing period and do not carry over. Credits are included with the subscription only: they are not sold separately, cannot be topped up, are not a stored balance and have no cash or withdrawable value.
- Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
- You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Adeptly lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including the prohibition on using the service for cheating, plagiarism or academic misconduct.
8. Your content and licence
You retain ownership of the material you submit. Licensing of your inputs and of the content the service generates is governed by our Content License.
9. AI-generated content
Adeptly uses automated generation. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you rely on. See our AI Disclaimer.
10. Intellectual property
The Adeptly software, branding and site content are owned by ADEPT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LIMITED and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal learning.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
